Utah Valley Acupuncture is seeking a clinically confident Licensed Acupuncturist to join our team!

We are a well-established, high-volume acupuncture and herbal medicine clinic in Pleasant Grove, Utah, with a strong reputation for results-driven care and long-term patient retention.

This role offers exceptional income potential for the right practitioner and significant room to grow within an already successful clinic.

Your application will be very attractive to us if you are skilled with:

• Applying acupuncture, herbal or functional medicine to women’s health cases, including fertility

• Treating acute injuries, chronic pain, orthopedic conditions, and complex cases

• Delivering results that keep patients returning and referring

• Growing a caseload and taking special care in your relationships with patients

• Running multiple rooms per hour in a heart-centered way

• Strong communication skills to address your needs and the needs of your patients clearly

• Compassionate and directive languaging for better patient compliance and retention

Commission-based and tied directly to patient care delivered, allowing income to scale as your schedule fills.

• Practitioners earn a percentage of collected treatment revenue

• Treatment visits range from $95–$120

• Bonuses given for plan and supplement sales

• You may see up to 3 patients per hour

• No income cap during scheduled clinical hours; if you see more patients, you are compensated for it

• Consistent consult inquiries from prospective new patients, marketing done for you

• Your schedule will fill quickly

Typical hourly earnings:

• ~$45–55/hour with a lighter caseload

• ~$55–75/hour with a steady schedule

• ~$75–100+/hour when fully booked
