Utah Valley Acupuncture is looking for a part-time, reliable, confident, and motivated Patient Care Coordinator to help us with our ongoing mission to deliver high quality natural healthcare to our patients in Utah Valley.

Ideally, you are a reliable, organized and calm person who strives to be honest, attentive and respectful to yourself and other people every day.

You MUST possess certain skills in order to be considered for this job: swiftness and thoughtfulness with an attitude of careful consideration of the many tasks you are responsible for, exude a calm and comforting presence, speak clearly and eloquently to prospective patients about our processes, bring some serious people skills and carry a positive attitude to our team.

Your application will be very attractive to us if you are naturally skilled with customer service skills and if you take great pride in your work.

You will be the front face of the business as well as taking great care of the atmosphere in the office: greeting patients, handling phone calls and emails, booking new patients and follow up visits, assisting the clinician with patient traffic / flow, tracking and ordering products, plus assisting in the many back office duties. You will be trained well.

Monday / Thursday: 2pm-8pm

Tuesday / Friday: 8:45-3pm

*Guaranteed 26 hours per week.

Again, this is a part time position, and we are looking for someone who sees this as a LONG-TERM opportunity. Hours may increase as we assess your natural skills and see what you have to offer our team.

$21-23 per hour based on experience, room for growth
